This space can accommodate two artists working on research, creation and production projects.
Access is by call for applications from visual artists residing in Madagascar.
In a secure and creatively stimulating environment, this space is equipped with functional furniture and Wi-Fi connection, and provides access to the resources of Fondation H library. The Atelier is designed to offer artists a space for work and research, with the possibility of organizing an open studio without culminating in an exhibition. The artist is free and autonomous throughout the program. Fondation H can provide logistical support to ensure that the program runs smoothly.
From September 2 to October 25, 2024, the Atelier is is occupied by visual artists Olivia Bourgois and Sata Harinivo Malalatiana Razafinandriana, also known as Tiana Razaf.
· Capacity: 2 artists maximum, in a shared space
· Space dimensions: 54m²
· Equipment and resources available for each artist:
- One worktable
- One chair
- A Wi-Fi connection
- Fondation H Library resources
- On request to Fondation H staff: use of library computers
· Working tools and materials are the artist's responsibility.
· Studio opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm
